Occasionally I take a jaunt into a different technique. I had played around bead crochet ropes, but they were not my matching with my style of jewelry, too many beads, not enough fiber, at least for the time being. In April I took a class with Julie Goodenough - Read the blog entry about the class. Since then I added single bead crochet to my repertory. Of course I had to personalize the single bead crochet multiple cords with knotting and cordmaking.

The quality of the Chinese blue crackled turquoise in this piece is exceptional. I just added 2 more stands to this neckpiece, so it has four stands now. I will post new photos as soon as I can.
