Processing of Orders - Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Please email or call immediately if the shipping address you provided is not correct as many orders are shipped the day the order is received.
Payment Options
1. Paypal Shopping Cart - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via Paypal. No need to have a Paypal account. On shopping cart, quantities are automatically set at 1 when you add items to the shopping bad. To change quantities, just change the number in the shopping cart window to quantity desired and update the cart.
2. Check or Money Order by Mail - Print the page with the item you wish to purchase. Send with U.S. checks with address & phone number imprinted or money orders. Go here to calculate the California Sales Tax (7.25% or for San Mateo County 8.25%). Extra processing time for check to clear. Make checks payable to: Marion Jewels in Fiber or Marion JIF, PO Box 822, San Carlos CA 94070.
3. Email and Phone - Email your order with address & phone number. Call in your credit card.

Sales Tax - All orders shipped within California are charged sales tax. Sales tax to all other delivery areas are the responsibility of the buyer.
Gifts - Please advise if your purchase is a gift. Gift packaging is included at no extra charge, the receipt can be left out and a card with a message from you to the recipient can be included.
Item Sold Out - Multiples of many of the pieces are available, so if an item appears to be sold out it may still be available. Custom orders, and many items can be modified (made in a different colors, given a different type of cord or cord length, etc.) Contact Marion for any special orders.
Backorders - Items may be sold out or out of stock, not yet removed from website or may require extra time to be sent. If so you will be notified by email, advised of possible substitutions or time delay and refunded for any items no longer available. Any items not shipped will be refunded.
Colors - While every attempt was made to reproduce colors accurately for the web, colors on your monitor may not precisely match actual colors.

Returns are easy - You may return or exchange any unaltered item you purchased within 10 days of receiving your package. Contact Marion by email/phone right away if there is a problem with the item you received. Return item with a copy of the packing slip in the original packaging and indicate if you want a exchange or a refund. Please insure returns as we cannot refund lost packages. Refund or exchange will be made once the item is received by Marion - Sorry no refund on shipping and handling fees. Cost of return is customer's responsibility.
Damaged-broken merchandise - If any item arrives broken, save all original packaging and contact Marion immediately.
Typos - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Marion Jewels in Fiber shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If you have already paid for the purchase and your order is canceled, a refund will be issued, in the amount of the purchase.
